Find Help Now

How can I get help?
The first step in finding help is recognizing the problem. If you're reading this you probably already have a sense of the problems in your relationship. You have probably tried a number of ways to resolve the issues, but you continue to get frustrated and things aren't changing in the way you would like. Willingness to search outside yourself for resolution is the next step. Finding the right kind of help depends on the complexity of your concerns, your schedule, your comfort level, your partner's willingness to participate, and your financial circumstances

What kind of help is right for my situation?
Relationship Counseling
Face-to-Face In-Office Counseling
Telephone Counseling
On-Line Counseling/Email Response

Sometimes, all you need is more information or a new way of looking at your circumstances. Relationship therapy or direct advice may not be essential to getting the help that you want. Other times, I may recommend a specific book that will shed new light on the issue you're trying to resolve as an adjunct to relationship counseling. If you're interested in exploring my recommendations, or other related resources, visit the Books Page of Intimacy Matters to review the products that may be just right for you.
