Divorce

Contemplating Divorce? In the midst of Divorce? Just got divorced?
If financial issues are primary to the problems in your relationship, contemplate the notion that divorce ultimately is the most costly way to resolve financial stressors and differences in a marital relationship. While counseling may seem expensive, resolving the issue is far more cost effective. It is simply expensive to get a divorce and secondarily, it increases fixed expenses when partner's live separately. Many other options are available prior to making your way to the courthouse.

If you are still married and contemplating divorce, it's essential to recognize that it is likely to be a difficult process whether you ultimately choose to stay or choose to leave. Counseling is can be very helpful to the process of making this significant decision.

However, if the decision has already been made you also have many options before hiring an attorney. Or if you are already in the process, you know that it can be overwhelming. Those who are recently divorced may recognize the challenges in creating a new life as an unmarried person, or possibly as a single parent.  The following are some topics that will be addressed on this page when it is complete (Sorry, but it is still in the development process):
